By purchasing from MAGOS ARCHIVE, you agree to the following terms. We operate as an independent studio based in Indonesia. Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings.
All our garments are manually cut and sewn. Please allow a tolerance of 1-2 cm from the Size Chart. We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before checking out.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking numbers will be sent via WhatsApp or Email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service (JNE/J&T/DHL).
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds. Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receipt, provided stock is available and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Claims for defective products must include an uninterrupted Unboxing Video.
